You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Send an email to contact@customwavetees.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Include your RA number on the package
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items, but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges, but this allows us to get your new items to you as quickly as possible.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will provide instructions for returning the wrong items.
If you prefer, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned item and can be used for future purchases on our website.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
If you received a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the gift giver's information or order number. We can process the refund as store credit or issue a refund to the original purchaser.
International returns may be subject to additional processing time and shipping costs. Please contact us for specific instructions regarding international returns.
